Role Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls, provide basic information, and support client communication for a stock market agency. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a basic understanding of the stock market.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and handle inbound customer calls.
• Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
• Provide basic information about company services and stock market-related offerings.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain customer records and call-related data.
• Update daily calling reports and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with the team for customer queries and requirements.

Required Skills
