Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production planning, and ensure timely delivery of quality products. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing production activities within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
• Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, stores, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
• Prepare and monitor production schedules and work plans.
• Maintain production reports, records, and performance data.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Improve production efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Production Management.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Good manpower handling and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production documentation.
