Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support technical sales, customer coordination, and business development activities in the machine tool manufacturing industry. This is a good opportunity for candidates with mechanical qualifications who are interested in building a career in industrial and technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in target markets.
• Support senior sales team members during customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in product training, customer demonstrations, and industry trade shows.
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales activity records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and support the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Visit customers and support field sales activities as required.

Required Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresher to 1 year of experience in Sales / Technical Sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet customers on-site.
• Quick learner with a strong interest in industrial and technical sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM will be an added advantage.
• Good customer handling, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
