Role Summary

We are looking for a CMM Programmer / Operator to perform precision dimensional inspections, operate and program CMM machines, and ensure product quality in a sand casting manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience with engineering drawings, measuring equipment, and quality inspection procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
• Perform dimensional inspections of components as per engineering drawings.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.
• Generate CMM inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Calibrate and maintain measuring instruments and CMM equipment.
• Identify dimensional deviations and report quality issues.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve inspection findings.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a CMM Programmer or Operator.
• Strong knowledge of CMM programming and dimensional inspection.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the Sand Casting Industry will be an added advantage.
