Role Summary

We are looking for a QC Inspector to inspect investment casting components, wax patterns, and dies while ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience in mechanical inspection and quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect investment casting, wax, and die components as per drawings and specifications.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
• Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and product quality.
• Identify defects and report quality issues to the production team.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production for corrective actions and quality improvements.
• Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Inspection.
• Knowledge of Investment Casting, Wax, and Die inspection.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Good understanding of quality inspection procedures.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
