Role Summary

We are looking for a Coating Supervisor to oversee coating operations, ensure product quality, and manage shop floor activities in a sand casting manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in coating processes, manpower supervision, and production monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily coating processes and shop floor operations.
• Monitor coating quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage coating operators and allocate daily work efficiently.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
• Maintain coating process records and production documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve process issues.
• Monitor material usage and minimize process wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workplace standards.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in coating or production supervision.
• Knowledge of coating processes and quality standards.
