Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and statutory compliance in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle complete HR functions independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll processing.
• Handle employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
• Ensure statutory compliance and implementation of HR policies.
• Coordinate performance management and employee appraisal processes.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and MIS reports.
• Resolve employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR support.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in performance management and employee engagement.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
