Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and policy implementation in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage end-to-end human resource functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Supervise employee relations, performance management, and engagement activities.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management presentations.
• Lead the HR team and support organizational growth initiatives.

Required Skills

• MBA in Human Resource Management.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in HR Management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
• Experience in policy implementation and employee engagement.
• Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
