Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to inspect casting and machining components, prepare inspection reports, and ensure compliance with customer quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of engineering drawings, machining processes, and inspection instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect casting and machining components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports and ballooning drawings.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments.
• Read and interpret casting and machining drawings accurately.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Maintain quality records and inspection documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support continuous quality improvement and internal quality audits.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Inspection.
• Hands-on experience in Casting and Machining Component Inspection.
• Strong ability to read casting and machining drawings.
• Knowledge of all standard measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
• Good understanding of machining processes and quality standards.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
