Role Summary

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure product quality through inspection, testing, and compliance with manufacturing standards in a casting industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in mechanical inspection, measuring instruments, and quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
• Identify quality defects and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve defect-free manufacturing.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Inspection.
• Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and casting processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.
• Experience in the Casting Industry is preferred.
