Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced QMS Manager to implement, maintain, and monitor the Quality Management System in a casting manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in quality documentation, audit management, and customer quality coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation and records.
• Manage customer complaint registers and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle customer and internal audit documentation and submissions as per requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to improve quality performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain QMS reports.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QMS or Quality Management.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and documentation.
• Experience in customer complaint handling and audit coordination.
• Good understanding of quality standards in the Casting Industry.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation.
