Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter to set up CNC machines, ensure accurate production as per engineering drawings, and maintain machine efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong machine setup knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines, fixtures, and tooling for production.
• Ensure production is carried out according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform machine setting adjustments for optimum production quality.
• Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain production efficiency.
• Ensure proper machine operation and workplace safety.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
• Maintain machine setup records and follow standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a CNC Setter.
• Hands-on experience in CNC machine setup and tooling.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of machining processes and production standards.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and productivity.
