Role Summary

We are looking for a QC Engineer to ensure product quality through inspection, testing, and process monitoring in a casting manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of mechanical quality control, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Inspect components using measuring instruments and gauges.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company quality and safety standards.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control.
• Knowledge of mechanical inspection techniques and quality standards.
• Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the Casting Industry will be an added advantage.
