Role Summary

We are looking for a Supervisor to oversee daily shop floor operations and manage production staff in a casting manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills and the ability to ensure smooth production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop floor and production activities.
• Manage and coordinate production staff effectively.
• Allocate work and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain workflow.
• Monitor discipline, attendance, and manpower utilization.
• Maintain daily production records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Production or Shop Floor Supervision.
• Ability to handle and manage production staff.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of casting and manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
