Role Summary

We are looking for a Production Planning Engineer to manage production schedules, manpower planning, and overall shop floor operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in production planning, manufacturing processes, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly production plans.
• Manage manpower allocation and optimize production efficiency.
• Supervise overall production activities on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor work progress and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Use measuring gauges for quality verification when required.
• Prepare production reports and maintain planning documentation.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Production Planning or Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and shop floor management.
• Experience in manpower handling and production coordination.
• Knowledge of measuring gauges and manufacturing quality processes.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage overall production operations efficiently.
