Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, handle IndiaMART leads, generate new business opportunities, and support daily sales operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries received through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
• Communicate with customers and follow up on sales leads.
• Prepare quotations and assist in billing activities.
• Identify and approach new companies to generate business opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and update sales data.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
• Support routine sales and office operations.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Coordination.
• Knowledge of IndiaMART lead handling.
• Basic billing and computer operating skills.
• Good communication and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
