Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to oversee overall plant operations, production planning, manpower management, and shop floor activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the fabrication industry and the ability to lead manufacturing operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant and shop floor operations.
• Supervise fabrication production activities and ensure timely order completion.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve targets.
• Manage manpower, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor machine utilization and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Prepare production reports and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Plant Operations or Production Management.
• Hands-on experience in the Fabrication Industry and Shop Floor Management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
