Role Summary

We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to assist customers, promote jewellery products, and provide an excellent in-store shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and an interest in retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting jewellery products.
• Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers.
• Handle counter sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist with billing and maintain accurate sales records.
• Ensure products are displayed neatly and the showroom is well-maintained.
• Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Required Skills

• 12th Pass / Any Graduate qualification.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Counter Sales, Retail Sales, or Customer Service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong selling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
