Role Summary

We are looking for an Indoor Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, generate sales, and provide excellent customer support from the office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in indoor sales or customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and walk-in visits.
• Generate sales and follow up with potential customers.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers with product information.
• Coordinate with dispatch and production teams for order execution.
• Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support routine sales and administrative activities.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Indoor Sales or Customer Service.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
