Role Summary

We are looking for a Lab Engineer to perform laboratory testing, material analysis, and quality verification for casting components. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of calibration, metallurgical testing, and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and material analysis for casting components.
• Carry out calibration of laboratory instruments and measuring devices.
• Conduct spectroscopic analysis, microstructure analysis, and hardness testing.
• Verify materials as per customer requirements and material specifications.
• Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and test documentation.
• Support quality assurance activities and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and laboratory procedures.

Required Skills

• DME / B.Sc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Laboratory or Quality Control.
• Good knowledge of Calibration and Measuring Devices.
• Knowledge of Spectroscopic Analysis, Microstructure Analysis, and Hardness Testing.
• Understanding of Customer Requirements and Material Specifications.
• Knowledge of Core Tools and Manufacturing Processes.
• Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
