Role Summary

We are looking for a Packing Supervisor to oversee packing, dispatch, and routine warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of hardware products and the ability to supervise daily packing activities while ensuring accurate and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packing and dispatch activities.
• Ensure products are packed accurately and according to company standards.
• Monitor routine warehouse and packing operations.
• Coordinate with dispatch and store staff for timely order processing.
• Verify packed materials before dispatch to minimize errors.
• Maintain packing records and daily operational reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and safety in the packing area.
• Support inventory handling and stock movement when required.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in Packing, Dispatch, Warehouse, or Store Operations.
• Basic knowledge of hardware products and store operations.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for record keeping.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
