Role Summary

We are looking for a Quality Control Incharge to oversee quality inspection activities and ensure products meet company and customer quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering background and basic experience in the casting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day quality control and inspection activities.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and quality specifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.
• Use measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control.
• Experience in the Casting Industry will be preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for quality reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with production and quality teams.
