Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee workshop operations, supervise production activities, and ensure quality and productivity. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of TIG/MIG welding, hydraulic systems, and surface treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop and fabrication activities.
• Allocate work and monitor the performance of workshop staff.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor TIG/MIG welding operations and ensure proper workmanship.
• Oversee hydraulic system-related work and basic troubleshooting.
• Supervise surface treatment processes, including powder coating and phosphating.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Maintain production records and coordinate with production and quality teams.

Required Skills

• ITI qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Hands-on knowledge of TIG/MIG welding processes.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic systems and machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of powder coating and phosphating processes.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workshop operations efficiently.
