Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer cum Setter to create and optimize VMC programs, set up machines, and ensure high-quality production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in VMC programming, machine setup, and machining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize VMC programs as per production requirements.
• Set up VMC machines, fixtures, and cutting tools before production.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters, and tool offsets.
• Perform trial runs and ensure dimensional accuracy of machined components.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production quality and optimize machining processes.
• Maintain VMC program records, setup sheets, and production documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a VMC Programmer cum Setter.
• Strong knowledge of VMC programming and machine setup.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, machining processes, and quality inspection methods.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
