Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer cum Setter to develop CNC programs, set up machines, and ensure smooth production with high precision and quality. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC programming, machine setting, and machining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs as per production requirements.
• Set up CNC machines, fixtures, and cutting tools before production.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Select suitable machining parameters, cutting tools, and tool offsets.
• Conduct trial runs and ensure dimensional accuracy of machined components.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production quality and improve machining efficiency.
• Maintain CNC program records, setup sheets, and production documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Required Skills

• BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer cum Setter.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-Code & M-Code).
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining tolerances.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
