Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to handle plant maintenance, machine repair, and preventive maintenance activities in a casting components manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in casting industry maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment and production machines.
• Monitor machine performance and minimize production downtime.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production teams for smooth plant operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of plant maintenance experience in the Casting Industry.
• Hands-on experience in machine repairing and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance procedures.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a production environment.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting.
