Role Summary

We are looking for a Shell Moulding Supervisor to oversee shell moulding operations and ensure quality production in a casting components manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in shell moulding, SG & CI casting processes, and quality inspection instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shell moulding operations on the shop floor.
• Ensure proper mould preparation and production quality.
• Monitor SG & CI casting processes and maintain production standards.
• Conduct inspections using measuring and quality control instruments.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve process issues.
• Maintain production records and daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement in moulding and casting processes.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in shell moulding operations.
• Knowledge of Shell Moulding processes.
• Experience with SG & CI Casting.
• Hands-on experience with quality inspection instruments.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
