Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Helper to assist in day-to-day manufacturing operations, material handling, and shop floor activities. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist operators and supervisors in daily production activities.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods.
• Support machine operators during production processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatch-related activities when required.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Perform other shop floor tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

• 12th Pass qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
