Role Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to handle customer inquiries, manage IndiaMART leads, and support marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in calling, IndiaMART operations, and GM Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and follow-ups.
• Manage and respond to IndiaMART inquiries promptly.
• Generate and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and update data in GM Software.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order processing.
• Prepare quotations and maintain marketing documentation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist in achieving monthly marketing and sales targets.

Required Skills

• MBA in Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sales coordination.
• Experience with IndiaMART lead management.
• Working knowledge of GM Software.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Good computer knowledge, including MS Office and email communication.
• Self-motivated with good organizational and follow-up skills.
