Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee fabrication and sheet metal production activities, manage manpower, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fabrication and sheet metal production activities.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Allocate work to operators and monitor manpower utilization.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications.
• Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor material availability and optimize production workflow.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain daily production reports and shop floor documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, sheet metal work, and production planning.
• Good leadership, team handling, and communication skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and production documents.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge for production reporting and documentation.
