Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities, expand the dealer network, and promote the company's wire and cable products across India. The ideal candidate should have experience in the wire and cable industry, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network across assigned regions.
• Promote and sell wire and cable products to dealers, distributors, and industrial customers.
• Generate new business opportunities through regular customer visits and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit activity updates to management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing of wire and cable or similar industrial products.
• Strong knowledge of the wire and cable market and dealer network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel across India for business development.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
