Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced VMC 3D Designer to create 3D models, prepare CAM programs, and support precision mould manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in NX Siemens, AutoCAD, PowerMill Delcam, and other 3D CAD/CAM software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings for mould components.
• Prepare CAM programs for VMC machining using NX Siemens and PowerMill Delcam.
• Create and optimize tool paths for efficient machining operations.
• Review engineering drawings and ensure design accuracy.
• Coordinate with the production and machining teams during manufacturing.
• Modify and improve existing designs based on production requirements.
• Maintain design documentation and revision records.
• Ensure designs comply with manufacturing standards and quality requirements.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in 3D design and CAD/CAM programming.
• Proficiency in NX Siemens, AutoCAD, PowerMill Delcam, and other 3D CAD/CAM software.
• Strong understanding of VMC machining, tooling, and mould manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
