Role Summary

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to inspect casting and machined components, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments, and quality inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of casting and machined components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge for inspections.
• Identify quality defects and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Support continuous quality improvement activities.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in quality inspection (Freshers can apply).
• Knowledge of casting and machining component inspection.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
