Role Summary

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to inspect casting and machined components, ensure product quality, and maintain compliance with engineering specifications. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of engineering drawings and quality inspection methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect casting and machined components as per quality standards.
• Study and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using measuring instruments.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality control.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in quality control (Freshers can apply).
• Knowledge of casting and machining component inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
