Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, optimize production processes, and ensure timely delivery of quality products. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the machinery manufacturing industry and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
• Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
• Implement quality standards and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain production reports, work schedules, and inventory records.
• Minimize production downtime and optimize workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in production management.
• Experience in the Machinery Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production documentation.
