Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to handle complete accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and be capable of independently managing all accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts using Tally Prime.
• Record sales, purchase, journal, bank, and payment entries.
• Prepare and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
• Handle GST and TDS calculations, documentation, and compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Prepare accounting reports and MIS statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all accounting activities.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Ability to independently handle complete accounting operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
