Role Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and provide information about the company's products and services. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain products and services to customers.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain customer records and call reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
