Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced QMS Manager to implement and maintain Quality Management Systems in a casting components manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in shell moulding, casting processes, system implementation, and customer quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and system procedures.
• Monitor shell moulding and casting processes to drive quality improvements.
• Coordinate with production teams to implement quality systems.
• Handle customer quality requirements, complaints, and audits.
• Maintain QMS documentation and quality records.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• BE Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QMS or Quality Management.
• Hands-on experience in Shell Moulding and Casting Processes.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in customer handling and quality audits.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting.
