Role Summary

We are looking for a LAB Incharge to manage laboratory testing and inspection activities for casting components. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of CI and SG casting, laboratory testing procedures, and hands-on experience with quality measuring instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day laboratory testing and inspection activities.
• Perform dimensional and quality testing of CI and SG casting components.
• Operate and maintain laboratory measuring and testing instruments.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory reports and quality records.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve testing issues.
• Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Follow quality standards and laboratory procedures.

Required Skills

• Metrology or Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory or quality inspection experience.
• Knowledge of CI (Cast Iron) and SG (Spheroidal Graphite Iron) casting.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory measuring and testing instruments.
• Good understanding of quality control and inspection procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
