Role Summary

We are looking for an Inspection Incharge to oversee inspection activities and ensure product quality in a casting components manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in SG and CI casting inspection and hands-on knowledge of quality measuring instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of casting components.
• Inspect CI and SG casting products as per quality standards.
• Use measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and specifications.
• Identify quality issues and report non-conformities.
• Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve inspection issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection or quality control.
• Knowledge of CI (Cast Iron) and SG (Spheroidal Graphite Iron) casting.
• Hands-on experience with quality measuring instruments.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and inspection documents.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
