Role Summary

We are looking for an NPD Executive to manage new product development activities in a casting components manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong drawing interpretation skills, documentation knowledge, and hands-on experience with CI and SG casting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new product development from concept to production.
• Study and interpret engineering drawings and product specifications.
• Prepare and maintain NPD-related documentation.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams during product development.
• Monitor trial production and assist in process improvements.
• Ensure smooth product transfer from development to manufacturing.
• Maintain technical records and project documentation.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD).
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and drawing interpretation.
• Basic knowledge of NPD documentation.
• Experience in CI (Cast Iron) and SG (Spheroidal Graphite Iron) casting processes.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
