Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ETP/STP Supervisor to oversee plant operations, manage the operations team, and ensure efficient treatment plant performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and commissioning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day ETP/STP plant operations.
• Manage operators and helpers to ensure smooth plant functioning.
• Ensure delivery of required water treatment quality and output quantity.
• Plan manpower requirements and arrange additional resources when needed.
• Monitor plant performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain operational reports and documentation.
• Support plant commissioning and optimization activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Achieve organizational goals through effective team management.

Required Skills

• BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ETP/STP plant operations.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in commissioning and plant startup activities.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to deliver quality and quantity targets consistently.
