Role Summary

We are looking for a PPC Engineer to manage production planning, scheduling, and material planning to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience coordinating with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage production plans and schedules.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials for production.
• Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch departments.
• Maintain production reports, work orders, and inventory records.
• Monitor and control Work-in-Progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory.
• Optimize production efficiency and workflow.
• Support continuous improvement in production planning processes.

Required Skills

• DME / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interdepartmental coordination abilities.
• Understanding of BOM, production scheduling, and material planning.
• Knowledge of inventory management and WIP control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production documentation.
