Role Summary

We are looking for a CNC Operator / Programmer to handle CNC programming, machine setup, and machining operations in an auto parts manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC machines, CAD/CAM software, and machining processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for VMC, HMC, and CNC Turning machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T.
• Select cutting tools, fixtures, inserts, and machining parameters.
• Support machine setup and program prove-out on shop floor.
• Operate CNC machines and ensure production accuracy.
• Improve machining efficiency, tool life, and cycle time.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Follow automotive quality standards and manufacturing processes.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in CNC programming and operation.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
• Experience in CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, and machining centers.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (NX CAM, Delcam preferred).
• Understanding of cutting tools, tool paths, feeds, and speeds.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
