Role Summary

We are looking for a Design & Production Engineer to handle engineering design, fabrication planning, and production supervision for industrial equipment manufacturing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical design, fabrication processes, and production coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and P&ID layouts.
• Design process tanks (PP/FRP), ducting systems, and chemical storage systems.
• Develop BOMs and technical specifications.
• Plan and supervise fabrication activities including sheet metal, welding, and tank manufacturing.
• Monitor manpower, workflow, and production scheduling.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, sales, and site teams.
• Ensure quality standards and conduct inspections of tanks and pipelines.
• Assist in installation and commissioning activities.
• Maintain production and QC reports and documentation.

Required Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Chemical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in design and fabrication industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of PP/FRP fabrication and welding processes.
• Experience in electroplating plant or surface treatment industry preferred.
• Good coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.
