Role Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to handle preventive, breakdown, and scheduled maintenance activities in a rubber manufacturing plant. The candidate should ensure smooth machine operations and maintain proper ISO documentation and checklists.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, breakdown, and scheduled maintenance of machines.
• Monitor and maintain overall plant maintenance activities.
• Handle both mechanical and basic electrical maintenance work.
• Maintain ISO checklists, reports, and maintenance records.
• Ensure machines are working efficiently with minimum downtime.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production team for maintenance support.
• Maintain safety standards during maintenance work.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment.

Required Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in plant maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance systems.
• Understanding of ISO documentation and checklists.
• Basic knowledge of machine and electrical maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
