Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to handle business development, dealer network expansion, and customer relationship management in the material handling equipment industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, digital knowledge, and field sales experience in machine tools or hardware sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and marketing activities in assigned regions.
• Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct regular market visits and client meetings.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support product promotion through digital platforms and marketing tools.
• Travel for business development activities as required.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Hardware / Machine Tools sales.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Email, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of graphic design for product image editing.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field work.
• Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
