Role Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer communication, lead generation, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of online sales platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries.
• Generate leads through IndiaMART and social media platforms.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up regularly.
• Coordinate with clients and internal sales team.
• Provide basic product information to customers.
• Support online marketing and lead management activities.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
• Knowledge of IndiaMART and social media platforms.
