Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Electrical) to supervise execution of 66 kV to 220 kV substation and transmission line projects. The ideal candidate should have strong field execution experience, knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning activities, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of 66 kV to 220 kV substation and transmission line projects.
• Ensure installation of equipment as per drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower, and material utilization.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and client representatives.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and proper site documentation.
• Prepare DPR, progress reports, and measurement sheets for billing purposes.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in EHV Substation / Switchyard / Transmission Line projects.
• Strong knowledge of erection, testing & commissioning activities.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQ.
• Strong site planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting documentation.
