Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement – Engineering & Tender (Electrical) professional to manage procurement and tendering activities for electrical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 66 kV & 220 kV Transmission Line and Switchyard projects with strong knowledge of BOQs, technical specifications, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement and tendering activities for electrical projects.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial tender documents.
• Float RFQs, compare vendor quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team for BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Evaluate techno-commercial offers for project materials.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely material delivery as per project schedules.
• Maintain procurement MIS, documentation, and procurement records.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project requirements.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Procurement and Tendering.
• Experience in 66 kV & 220 kV Transmission Line (TL) and Switchyard projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, technical specifications, and contract management.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Good command of MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
